Who's building this
I'm Lauren Albert.
I spent seven years as a software engineer at Amazon, Shopify, and Ownify, building payment systems, fraud pipelines, and underwriting platforms that had to work at a scale where mistakes are expensive.
Then I became a career coach, and productized my own practice into software that went live and served customers. Now I have a baby at home, an eighteen-hour work week, and one rule I do not break: present when I am present, build in the gaps.
That constraint is why I am good at this. I do not build you a system that needs a full-time person to run it, because I do not have a full-time person either. I build the thing that runs without being babysat, and then I hand you the keys and show you how to drive.
